So... I've decided that I am no longer going to move forward with this site. I will probably leave it up for a while until I can figure out what to do with it. But instead, I'm going to take the content/features and move them over to kandipatterns.com. Why? Well, I was recently forced to get a new (4x the price) server for …

This is a list of specific pattern suggestions that I will not make. I either know that they won't come out well, have tried them and was not happy with the results, or have some other reason for not making them. I may try them again, but for now I will continue to delete requests for these patterns. Also, the fact that a pattern is on this …

The site has moved to its new server, but the changes aren't showing for everyone yet; many people are still seeing the old version of the site :( It should be fully functional soon. If you're seeing this, you're one of the lucky few that can see the new site! yay! P.S. I need to switch the newest patterns …

No, they don't have to be 34 beads wide. For many patterns you can cut off columns if you want the cuff to be smaller, but realize that the pattern is going to wrap around the cuff more, and make sure that you can get your hand inside the cuff. I've found that below about 26-28, I can't fit my hand inside, even though my wrist is only 23. …

Many people have asked me before to put up patterns of just letters, but I won’t do that because it wouldn’t work… and here’s why: When you’re writing out a word on a cuff, how you make the letter will depend on what other letters are in the word, and what position they’re in. If you look at all the patterns I have that have …

As you may have heard, Adobe Flash (which this site's pattern maker currently uses) will reach end of life on December 31st, 2020. After that date, the current pattern maker will no longer function. The website itself doesn't use Flash, so the rest of the website will be unaffected. You will not lose any of your patterns. We have a …

Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know that I have made some good progress this weekend on trying to get the site functional (although I still have a lot to add, and there are some bugs). I am now successfully pulling in photos of kandi bracelets from kandipatterns.com, and have added more kandi bracelets photos that people sent in. I hope to start…

GAH. I always forget how many little details are involved in switching over to a new domain. Thanks for being patient while I get everything switched over. I had to disable the member feature because the patterns don't show for some …

Hey guys, so I have re-activated the member section and registration page, which means you can sign in to to see the two adult patterns I have so far. There should no longer be an issue with patterns not showing; it turns out that a plugin was causing all the trouble. I disabled it and it's fine now. Now I can get back to work with …

This is the kind of cuff I'm writing a tutorial for - vertical striped 3D cuff. I have all the photos taken, but I have to figure out which ones to use (I took 99, lol) and write it up, and label the photos, so I won't have it up until the weekend or later. But if I'm…

I have no idea why it's doing that, but it's not because of anything I'm doing, so if it happens to you just refresh the page or check back in a few minutes. P.S. I took the kandi FAQ page offline for a little bit because the pages weren't loading properly in internet explorer. I'm going to switch how it works …

How to tie off cuffs depends on how you made the cuff, because depending on how you made it, you will either end up with two ends, or one. If you have two ends, you can work both ends around the cuff until they meet, and then knot them together a few times. If you have one end, you can use the method I wrote a tutorial for here:

I buy almost all of my beads from CreativeWholesale.com (check the pony bead categories and the Beads, Craft Beads & Value Packs category). The beads are very good quality and inexpensive, but you have to buy a decent amount for the shipping charges ($10+) to be worth it. …

Hey guys, sorry that I haven't uploaded patterns in a few days. I was busy this weekend and today was my birthday so once I got home from my work meeting I just wanted to relax, lol. I work from home for the rest of the week now so I'll have time to make patterns :) just wanted to give you an update.

I've probably only had like 100,000 something unique visitors, but each person looks at like 10-20+ pages, lol. Thanks though, and it was nice meeting some of you at Galaktoidz. Working on some patterns today

The colors used in all of the patterns on this site are only suggestions. Obviously, if a character is a certain color, you should try to stick as close to that color as possible. But otherwise, you're not expected to have the exact colors used in the pattern. Feel free to substitute and get creative. You …
